Indexing

The IEEE Conference Publication Program makes every reasonable attempt to ensure abstracts and index entries of content accepted into the program are included in databases provided by independent abstracting and indexing (A&I) services, such as Elsevier’s EI Compendex, IET’s Inspec and Thomson Reuters’ Web of Science. Each A&I partner makes its own editorial decision on what content it will index. IEEE cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular database.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Note:

• No additional CD-ROMs of the proceedings will be available after the Conference.
• Proceedings will be published on CD-ROM with ISBN No. No printed Proceedings will be available.
• Only accepted papers that are registered, written in the required full paper IEEE format, submitted before deadline, and presented by one of the authors at the conference will be published in the conference proceedings in IEEE Xplore. The proceedings papers distributed at the conference will not be labelled with IEEE Log Numbers, and they will not be official publications at that time. Only papers presented at the conference will be published in the official electronic proceedings of EEEIC 2011 in IEEE Xplore. Papers submitted, but not presented, will not be published in the official proceedings in  IEEE Xplore.
