1) To which email should I send my paper?

Please, do not send the paper by email. Submissions are only accepted through the online submission system. |

2) What are the accepted file formats for the paper ?
|
The only accepted file format for the paper is PDF.
You can use Bullzip pdf printer (please use option Document – Quality – For Printing)
or any other PDF converter which allows fonts subsetting and embedding
|
3) What are the languages in which the paper should be written?
|
The paper must be written in English.
|
4) Is there a Tex template or example available?
|
The Tex template is available here.

5) I have prepared my paper in Word (or other program) but can’t convert it to PDF. Should I just change the file extension to PDF?
|
NO. If you upload a non-PDF document with a PDF extension, your paper might be rejected because reviewers can’t open the PDF.

6) What is the format for the final paper?
|
See the instructions above and use IEEE templates.

7) What should the final paper include?
|
The paper should clearly define your problem, the approach used, simulation and or measurement results, conclusions and references.
|
8) Does my final paper need to be six pages long?
|
No. However, this maximum length is to assure that reviewers have enough information to decide whether to accept or reject each paper.

9) I plan to submit a paper to the EEEIC. However, I am unable to submit it by the deadline. Will there be a deadline extension?

10) I have uploaded my paper, but I wish to change the PDF file. Can I send the file by email?
|
NO. All paper files sent by email will be ignored. Please use the online submission system if you wish to edit a submission or to update submitted paper – replace the old file by a new one.
