The accommodation will be offered on board of the ship. The prices for Conference participants are up to 55% lower than MSC list prices.

Children under the age of 18, that are accomodated in a cabin with their parents are accepted free of charge.

Additional beds are limited and it is possible to have maximum two additional beds in a cabin.
Additional bed for under 18 are free if in a cabin with two paying adults.

The Conference and Accomodation Fee cannot be paid on board because it is not allowed by law. Therefore, the fee must be paid in total before departure with no exceptions, thus taking advantage of the exceptional conditions of accomodation reserved for conference participants.

Please note that the access to the ship is permitted only to those who have complied with the procedures related to international cruises.
